History
In 1983 the foundation for the organization was created in the Netherlands by, the current president of the organization, A.J.H. Lemmens. He developed over the years a smoking process that leads to the delicious taste. The quest for fine smoked salmon is growing rapidly; and this quest can be fulfilled with our unique combination of modern technology and manual labour.
In June 2007 we settled in the Ysselsteyn and heavily invested in the latest technology made by Marel. Furthermore, we have a supply-chain which enables us to receive ‘ultra-fresh’ salmon. This advantage gives us a head start affecting positively the quality and storage life of our products. We aim to produce the finest smoked salmon in the world, and it is our expertise, dynamism, innovation, creativity, and commitment that enables us to do so.

The Organization´s Future
The next generation of experts are in line to lift the company up to an even higher level of success. Two of our sons, who grew up in the salmon business, attend a specialised education to fulfil the promise of success. This will help us to stay ahead and in the future we will have the ability to farm the salmon from egg to an excellent final product.
